This European project has officially kicked off!
The meeting took place in September 2022 at the amazing facilities of the Parc Cientific de Barcelona, where Biocat is based.
EDAH is expected to result in considerable contribution to clarifying and reaching a broad-scale consensus on a number of strategic issues related to European Health Data Space, addressed in a high-level dialogue linked with the EU presidency agendas.
During the next two years, key topics such as the impact on quality of life, prediction, diagnostic and treatment will be discussed.
The first phase of this project is focused on analysis and establishing a dialogue. The 3 main tasks that the Consortia is facing within this phase are:
๐น To ensure a coherent overview of strategic developments related to the #EHDS and ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ค๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง ๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ 7 ๐ข๐๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ ๐๐๐ค๐จ๐ฎ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐จ (Bulgaria, Belgium, CzechRepublic, Hungary, Portugal, Spain and Sweden), laying the groundwork for involving the different groups of stakeholders in the quadruple helix.
๐น To establish a coordination mechanism to ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ค๐ก๐๐๐ง๐จ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ข ๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ค๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ค๐จ๐ฎ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐ค๐จ๐จ ๐๐ช๐ง๐ค๐ฅ๐ and engage them in conversations around challenges and opportunities to advance the EHDS.
๐น ๐๐ค ๐จ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ช๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ก๐ค๐๐ช๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ค๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ช๐ง๐ฉ๐๐๐ง ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ค๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ through the EU presidencies (Czech Republic, Sweden, Spain and Belgium), providing input for the definition of their agendas.
